Helga DeKansky

Ms. de Kansky received her basic training from Madame Anderson-Ivantsova in New York and studied throughout her career with the great teachers Preobrajenska, Nijinska, Volvoka, Hightower, and Taras. She began performing with the Ballet Russe of Colonel de Basil, was soloist with the Grand Balled du Marquis de Cuevas, and principal ballerina with the Netherlands Ballet. She has been teaching in France and Southern California for over 35 years.
